The advertised rooftop pool isn’t directly at the hotel, but requires a walk to a sister property. Some rooms lack proper windows, leading to dark and cramped conditions. the interior windows diminish natural light significantly. The sister hotel’s pool is small and often crowded, making it less appealing than expected.

What shines and what doesn’t

The outstanding staff were incredibly kind, making us feel welcomed right from check-in with a refreshing drink and clear information, even during severe weather. The delicious breakfast was a highlight of our stay , boosting our mornings.

While the location was convenient, the absence of a pool as advertised was disappointing. Despite being tidy, some furnishings showed signs of wear and tear, detracting from the overall comfort we expected.

The breakfast options were not only delicious but also varied, delighting our taste buds every morning.

Our room, while clean, had some minor maintenance issues, particularly with the bathroom door that didn’t close properly.

The Deluxe Double Room was really comfy with a clean vibe. The bed and pillows were just right, making it easy to relax after a day out. I loved the modern decor, and the window gave a nice touch of natural light. The only downside was I heard a bit of street noise from outside.

Super cozy stay!

The room was super comfy, and I'd say it's hard to beat that price for what you get. The staff was really nice and helped me find a good taxi to the train station. Loved relaxing by the poolside bar with a drink! Just wished the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger, though.
